100% RINGSPUN     30 SINGLE YARN     SUPER-SOFT COTTON  

The cotton fabric used in our collection is of the finest quality giving it the super-soft touch as well as an incredibly flat, high definition print surface, ideal for designer brands on the high street. These are the 3 essential ingredients: 

100% RINGSPUN: The raw cotton is processed through a spinning wheel to give a finer, more compact thread, resulting in a softer touch and added strength to the fabric. 

30 SINGLE YARN: The threads are knitted together to produce yarn. It's weight depends on the threadís thickness. If the thread is too fine the fabric becomes translucent and less durable - if too thick the fabric becomes too heavy, giving less definition in printing. We use an optimal 30 Single Yarn across the whole range, with a fabric weight of 145-150gsm, providing the perfect balance between durability, softness and printing definition. 

SUPER-SOFT COTTON: This process is seldom used by other companies. Super-soft cotton is an extremely combed version of cotton made by specially treating the cotton fibres before they are spun into yarn. Fine brushes are used to pull out any remaining impurities, along with short cotton fibres. Approximately 15% of the volume is removed, leaving behind only long, straight fibres which are even, aligned, and therefore less likely to fray - all of which provide added comfort and an incredibly high definition surface for printing.
